In our transportation reporting, we rarely come across something as fun as today’s review of the Jasion Poki.
📌 The Core Development
The Poki is a severely overpowered electric minibike that looks like it came from yesteryear. If the power isn’t enough, it also packs some cool tricks, and we’re not (just) talking about wheelies this time.
So taking a look at this bad boy, it just screams fun. It is really low to the ground, has a big, wide seat large enough for 2 people as long as they are under 350lbs total, and has pegs for 2 people and a basket, great for carrying a picnic and an extra helmet.
🔍 Background & Sector Context
This thing is built like a tank, and it tips the scales accordingly. Getting this thing in my SUV ruptured a few discs in my back, though its compact nature means it fit quite well. Loosen the handlebars and it is downright compact. But that weight is strangely like 50lbs heavier than I would expect at close to 140lbs.
That also makes the built-in wheelies a little bit more suspect. My son, who is by now becoming an expert at wheelies, found this one to be a bit more difficult than the auto wheelies on bikes like the Anyland or new Yozma IN11.
📊 Industry & Real-World Impact
OK so not only does this little powerhouse get you (and your friend) around town in style and it also makes wheelies a bit easier; but it also has a huge Bluetooth speaker in the back that sounds like a Harley and is all synced up with the actual controller so it sounds real.

🔮 Strategic Outlook & What Lies Ahead
Sure, it is a gimmick, but it is a fun one, and it might actually make the low-down bike a little safer since it is going to be out of the sight of most cars.
I love this thing. It is my favorite bike to go to the beach on (and it does well in the sand with those fat tires). But I think there are some big misses here. First of all, it has no business going over 40mph. Not only does it feel scary with those tiny wheels, but speed wobbles puts both the rider a possible second rider at significant risk here. This is a fun bike and it should top out at 20-28mph max. Keep all the torque, just cut out the power at a reasonable top speed.
